Timeline & Reverse Build

Eden Brae are well known for doing what's called a reverse build. It's a smart technique they use to save time, particularly now challenged with bricklayer shortages. Reverse build is where the frames go up, the roof goes on and they wrap the house in a sarking and continue with the internals of the home.

We have received mixed reviews on the reverse build technique, however the reality is, whether they put the bricks on first or last it won't make much difference because the bricks aren't structural. Unless you specify and pay for double bricking, then Eden Brae will only use the the brick veneer method.

Here are two links containing more information, enjoy:
Brick Veneer Vs. Double Brick
Why Brick Veneer?

Since our build is reverse, you can follow our timeline in the sidebar. However for traditional builds the process should usually follow the below order. It'll be different for everyone as it'll come down to you site supervisor and trade allocations.

A special thanks to a fellow Eden Brae neighbour who provided this detailed list! :)
